In my previous post, Art Over Congress January 2012, I shared that January 18, 2012 Art Over Congress would be presenting a full panel of selected artists to exhibit their art. Although I do have an official count of the attending artist, I believe there were at least twenty (20) including myself who was a first time presenter. The art work included drawings, paintings, photographic prints, sculpture and jewelry. Art Over Congress is organized by Brandon Strange and hosted by Lanai Austin (Lanai Rooftop Lounge). It is a monthly event that is every third Wednesday of every month showcasing a variety of local Austin Texas artists.

Below you will find some images I captured during the event. I used a Nikon D90 fitted with a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 prime lens. All images were captured using available light at ISO’s from 1000 to 3200.
